Kenya's 2010 Referendum; An Indicator of a Country Rising, fast.

When, during and after voting, the people can actually chat with the police, with their gun muzzles not facing the people but the grounds, within the polling stations; when you can cast your vote and still afford to stroll in the streets next day, without fear of  'unfriendly' violence; when you can vote and join friends in a pub to wait for both concessions and victory speeches, which actually take place in a timely fashion...when that happens, then you do not need to wait to read the story of your country in the mainstream international media, for the New York Times won't consider such a story worth selling as it contains no blood, no fires and no tears, but you should know for sure that yours is a great country.

Hail Kenya! Hail Kenyans!
